Who ever said that there is advantages to being undermined probably knew about Llady Eef,Or atleast was watching the underground female emcee’s works.2018 May have started
slowly for the hardworking female rapper but her hard work finally paid off when the whole nation learned of her nomination at this year’s ZimHipHop Awards under the best
Underground Category.

Faith Mavaza is a Bulawayo born female artist who started off her musical journey in 2012 and hasnt looked back since then.Talent, character, versatility and passion
define the femcee and to put away doubts, she takes down a lot of male emcees at Rap Battles,Isnt that enough? She has a flawless delivery, clear message and amazing
word play such that you can easily say she is married to the beat, she really is.She has solid street credit and like i stated before, she takes down men at rap battles
as she believes that she doesnt have female opposition ready to face her either on cyphers or battles.

Happy Soul is her latest offering and she has her counterpart on the song,Zizzi Azzazzi. The song has had a fair shair of airplay this year on local radios, notably
Khulumani FM and Skyz Metro FM.Signature flow, clear tone, top shelf delivery, fresh content and concept on an HP Manyenga production,The song has turned heads to those
who have had an opportunity to listen.

This comes after she was featured on murder season,a track on radio personality/rapper Kritic Igwe’s Album and she held her own alongside 6 emcees.Prior to that she
had released first mixtape titled blessings in February after her 2017 single titled Sisemsebenzini having debuted with the single Kasi Lami in 2016.Should she win
this award,it will be the femcee’s first and will be the second to be won by a female rapper in Bulawayo in the last 3 years. This is a sign that female rappers
are really upping their game.Another female rapper nominated from Bulawayo is Blaq Diva Quin and we hope they bring the gongs home.
